I am getting the following error in Outlook 2007. "Not loaded. A runtime error occured during the loading of the COM Add-in." Any troubleshooting tips you can offer? The add-in works just fine on my other computer which is almost identical (both hardware and software).

I'll look into the issue and see what I can find. You may want to try uninstalling it from Add/Remove Programs and then download and install it again to see if it clears up the issue for you.
