MuvAudio Version: 1.4
Maximum Recording Speed: 3 or 4
Windows Version: XP Pro
.NET Framework Installed?: Yes
Windows Media Player Version: 9.00
Type of User: Registered
I have encountered this problem in MuvAudio several times when attempting to record a large playlist (say, over 15 hours of audio). It seems almost as if MuvAudio is randomly recording some files but not others as whole albums get a directory created for them with no files in the directory. Furthermore, it seems as though the ID3 tags of the MP3s are completely wrong.
Files will be mislabelled as other songs from the same artist or even from other artists that were present in the playlist. This doesn't seem to happen if I do less than around 5-7 hours of music in one playlist, but almost always when I have a long playlist 15 hours or more.
This is an extremely annoying problem and I see no way around it, unless there is a fix I'm tempted to ask for a refund for my registration cost because it effectively makes the program useless to me...
any help is greatly appreciated!

It seems to be a problem with users that have WMP9. In the meantime, upgrading to WMP10 should solve your problem. We currently have a fix for the problem for WMP9 and are just finishing up some testing before we release it.
If you would like to try the test version, we can post a link on the forum for you to try.
We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have this ready soon.
Thank you,

This has been addressed in v1.5 which we'll be releasing on the 15th of March.
Thank you,
