Runing version 3.0.0.2, I am getting some skipping at the begining of tracks and some tracks are showing zero file size in Windows Media Player. If I re do the conversion the files are okay and show correct file size in WMP.
I am using the commerical released version of Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit on AMD.
My question are "Would my results be more consistent if I used 32 bit Win 7".
Is there any benefit to using 64 bit with MuvAudio.
Thanks, Steve

There should really be no difference between the 32bit and 64bit versions of Windows.
To test the skip issue, please send me the "System Info" from "Options" -> "Troubleshooting" as well as your "Recommended real-time conversion speed", and your "Rating".
Then you can try setting the "Actual conversion speed" from "Auto" to 1 less than your recommended speed, and keep working down until you find a speed that doesn't cause the skips. (You can actually first test at a speed of 1 to make sure it doesn't happen when only one file is converted before testing from the recommended down).
Thanks,

My machine rating picks 13 as the number of simulataneous conversions. I tried 8 as a test and everything seems fine. 8 is quick enough so I will stick with it as testing other numbers is time consuming.
I also found that rebuilding the data base in Windows Media Player cured the file length issue. ( alt t a r /tools/advanced/restore media)
Great product

Keeping your computer updated with the latest patches should provide you with clutter free conversions. Also, there is really no issue as to what type of operating system you have. I've tried converting audio using an XP, Vista, and a 7 Operating system.
