MuvAudio v3.0.1.2

I'm trying to convert a a few hundred files and the auto rate is 13. After a few rounds of 13 (2-3) it simply stops at 100% on a set of 13 files and doesn't move on to the finalization phase that clears them and moves on to the next 13. A look at the task manager shows that the encoders and child threads just aren't ending. This has happened with both mp3 and ogg and with two different audio interfaces. This makes the program useless for set-and-forget batch processing. Any idea what could be going on? The log, when enabled, doesn't indicate any errors.

Nothing? Next step is going to be a refund request unless I can get some help. It would be much appreciated as the software is currently unusable.

Just as a future reference, the forums are mildly moderated so responses are not guaranteed within any timeframe. If you don't get an answer as soon as you'd like your best bet is to submit a support request at http:/www.muvenum.com/support.

On your question, even though the logs don't show you an errors, we'll still need them to be able to look into the issue and determine the cause.

Please do the following to submit your support logs to support [at] muvenum dot com:

1. Start the software.
2. Click on "Options".
3. Click on the "Troubleshooting" tab.
4. Check the "Enable logging for support purposes" checkbox.
5. Click "Save", then exit and restart the software.
6. Try to convert the file(s) that are causing the error.
7. Go back to the "Troubleshooting" tab.
8. Click the folder icon near the bottom left.
9. Then zip (select all folders, right-click, click "Send To", then click "Compressed (zipped) folder") and attach the logs in a reply to this email so I can take a look at the information provided.

Thank you,
