Hey, i just got this app with TrialPay (worked great so far BTW), however, when installing the program, and then doubleclicking the icon created on the desktop, absolutely nothing happens! Apart from the cursor changing to a hourglass-thing like it would if loading something, not even a proccess in the task manager..!! What's wrong? I would really appreciate if my "bought" software would work  -I admit that the error has got to be on my side though, since it appears to be working for a lotta people.

I've now tried what's suggested in there, installed the newest video drivers and restarted, but it still doesn't start. I've also looked for the .NET "program" in programs & features, but it is nowhere to be found in the list, even after having installed MuvAudio3 a bunch of times with the "Install .NET" thing checked everytime. Also, if i try to install it manually, an error displays. It should be noted that i am on Windows 7 Ultimate, and that i've started using the program (Windows Vista Business) on my laptop, without any errors, however, if possible i would much rather have it on my desktop

Can you browse to C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\MuvEnum\MuvAudio3\Log and email any log files/folders to support [at] muvenum [dot] com so that I can take a look at them?
If you don't have any log files/folders, please let me know. You are the first to report this issue on Windows 7 and your help is greatly appreciated.

Sorry, there's only a "Temp" and a "Config" folder in there...

Hm, apparently something is wrong with my OS so that i can't use .NET apps, i'm just going to use my laptop to get music to my desktop then.. Thanx so much for the help though.

I fixed it with a new OS, and now everything is working perfectly, just like it is on my laptop!

Glad to hear it. Sorry about the issues, wish there was something we could've done, but we're glad you can use the software.
