The MuvEnum Address Bar is the ultimate replacement for the original Windows address bar.
When Microsoft removed the taskbar address bar from Windows XP SP3, we set out to recreate it. What we ended up creating was more than a replacement; we created the ultimate address bar for
Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10 (Anniversary Update and Earlier),
2000, 2003, and 2008 (x86
and x64) with support for hotkeys, additional browsers, keywords/aliases, themes, a calculator, and more! Unfortunately, due to an incompability with the Windows 10 Creator Update, MuvEnum Address Bar only works on versions of Windows 10 prior to the Creator Update (released April 5th, 2017).

What else can the MuvEnum Address Bar do for you?
Make the most of your valuable taskbar space.
Windows XP made it hard to load the original address bar by only showing the word "address" on load. Windows Vista, 7, and 2008 made the original address bar take up a lot of space on your taskbar. The MuvEnum Address Bar loads so you can see it and allows you to make it as small as you want.
*Makes it easy to see the full address of trimmed history list items.
Let's say you visited http://www.muvenum.com/products/muvaudio/ and http://www.muvenum.com/products/muvundercover/. Depending on the size of the original address bar, each item would be trimmed, sometimes looking exactly the same; "http://www.muvenum...". With the MuvEnum Address Bar, just move your mouse over the item and it will show you the full address so you can easily pick the correct one to open.
Inline auto-completion helps by trying to find the best match as you type.
Start typing an address and the MuvEnum Address Bar will try to complete it for you so you don't have to. If you don't like the results, just hit the delete key and it goes away.
