The Send Path As Link By E-mail Windows Explorer extension allows you to quickly send the paths of any selected files and/or folders in Windows Explorer by e-mail using your default e-mail client. This is very useful for sending paths to network files in an office or VPN environment.
To send the paths of the selected files and/or files, simply right-click any of the selected items and click on 'Send Link By E-mail...' to create a new e-mail with links to the selected items, or 'Send Link By E-mail...(Add)' to add links to a currently open e-mail (only supported on Outlook 2007). (Fig. 1 below).

For e-mail clients other than Outlook 2007 there is a limitation on the number of links that can be added. This limitation is caused by the use of the mailto: command. Because we use a different method for interfacing directly with Outlook 2007, it supports an unlimited number of links. |

If you select the (Add) option and you don't have any e-mails currently open, it will open a new e-mail with the selected paths as links. |

The link(s) will be added to the body of the e-mail as in Figure 2.
